  AT&T has the absolute worst service imaginable. The people in the store tell you lies and downplay their policies and processes to get your business and once you sign up you are on your own. I switched over from Sprint and was told I simply had to submit my Sprint bill online and I would be mailed a gift card that I can forward to Sprint to pay off my account for transferring over. Not a simple process at all. Here I am 6 months later without the gift card and with noone to help me. I live less than a mile from this store yet I get no service in or around my home. Either I don't get calls or texts or they are dropped when I answer or respond. My internet connection is always losing signal. All of their makeshift fixes don't work. Switching to AT&T has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made.
