  Someone hacked our account and bought phones and disabled our SIM. Dispite a hacker being able to do it from New York. As a truck driver i did everything and provided everything I could to try to get my sim enabled without having to find a store while on the road. But when i finally got to this store it was a simple fix. The hackers had figured out my mothers email password which I figured out on my own when they attempted to change it again after I had reset her passwords back and setup my email to get security notifications. I had notice our account would lock for security reasons every week for the past 3 months and I'd have to reset the password and than it would lock again. Att could have mention something to us. I just assumed my mother put in the wrong password constantly.
