- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★May 08, 2020, by Nate StraightStephanie and Mechell provided perhaps the best customer service experience of my life, in spending well over two hours successfully overcoming numerous technical and bureaucratic obstacles that Sprint corporate put in their way to fix a problem that Sprint caused by sending a phone with the wrong SIM card and then refusing to allow a correction to be made in the system. Wonderful store, wonderful people. Go there.
