  I brought 4 bins of girls clothes to sell & within an hour I received a call saying they were going to take a "full pass" on the clothes. When I questioned why none of the clothes would be purchased, I was told that there was wear & tear and they were wrinkled. I was appalled that none of my daughter's clothes were acceptable for trade & I asked if all of the clothes had been gone through. The woman assured me that everything had been processed & was not acceptable. It only gets worse...... I pick up the clothes and they were not touched. The clothing was still in the same exact positions as they were when I brought them in, nothing was unfolded or even moved. Pure laziness, is all I can figure. I then took the same clothes to the other 2 Once Upon a Child locations in the area, those locations bought over $30 each of these clothes that were unacceptable according to the Slidell location. I will never again do business with this store. Terrible customer service & it is poorly managed.
