  I hate to give such a bad rating and review, especially considering that the prices are generally great for nicer quality clothing items (just beware, no refunds or exchanges). I don't need a big stylish store but they've let this place go downhill quite badly once it became a Dillard's "outlet." The carpet and walls and furnishings in general are falling apart and seem to get no attention. And don't bother trying to use the men's changing room to make sure your nonrefundable items fit, it's like someone dumped all of the stores pins on the floor. It's a serious comfort and safety hazard, luckily I found a 1 sq ft area to stand in so I could mostly avoid getting poked by one of the hundreds of pins (not figuratively) strewn about.
